Cost of the Tour The cost of the tour is US $1049.00, which includes ten nights accommodation, touring, entrance fees, half board (full breakfast and dinner), all outreach activities and lecture material. Price does not include airfare to and from Israel, lunches, travel insurance, and tips for guide and bus driver. There will also be an additional charge of US $60.00 for the tipping of the bus drivers and tour guides on tour, which can be paid on Orientation night.

PLEASE NOTE: On orientation night a total tipping fee of US $60.00 will be collected for the tour guides and bus drives.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration Fees and Cancellation Policy:

Final payment must be made by the 1st June 2010. Cancellations made before the 1st June 2010 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00. Cancellations less than two weeks before arrival will be subject to a fee of 75% of the total cost of the tour. Cancellations a week before the tour or during the tour are subject to a 100% loss of the tour cost.

REFUNDS ON UNUSED OR CHANGED TOUR ARRANGEMENTS

All voluntary unused tour services or features including hotel accommodations, ground transportation and sightseeing tours are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY
This confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to each and all of the above conditions and limit of responsibility.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

A valid passport is required for all tour participants and the passport must remain valid for at least six (6) months after the scheduled return of the tour.
